Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Web Yeti LLC, which runs WebYeti. By creating an account or using WebYeti, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us at mike@skribelabs.com.
1. What WebYeti does
WebYeti helps you design websites, social media posts, ads and print with the help of AI. You can edit designs, connect your own accounts (like GitHub, Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, Canva and social media accounts), and publish or post your work to them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use WebYeti.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- If you use WebYeti for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
- Tell us right away at mike@skribelabs.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your content
- You own your content: the text, pictures, videos, logos and other material you add, and the designs and sites you make with WebYeti.
- You give us permission to store, process, show and copy your content only as needed to run WebYeti for you: for example, to save your projects, show previews, send your requests to the AI services that power WebYeti, and publish or post your work where you ask us to.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or ask WebYeti to use (for example, photos of other people, logos and music), and that your content and sites follow the law.
- Things the AI makes for you are yours to use, as far as the law allows. AI can make mistakes and similar results can be made for other people, so check everything before you publish it, especially facts, prices and contact details.
- Royalty-free photos and videos suggested by WebYeti come from services like Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash and follow their licenses. Where a service asks for credit, WebYeti shows it.
4. Accounts you connect
- When you connect another service (like GitHub, Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, Canva, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or X), you allow WebYeti to use it on your behalf, only for what you ask: for example, saving your site to your GitHub, publishing it to your Vercel, or posting a design to your TikTok.
- WebYeti never posts or publishes anything you didn't ask it to. Before posting to a social media account, you choose the account, the content and the caption.
- Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. You can disconnect them in WebYeti at any time.
- Sites you publish to your own accounts are yours: you're responsible for them, and they keep working even if you stop using WebYeti.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use WebYeti to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- make content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploits anyone, or encourages violence;
- copy someone else's work, brand or identity without permission, or mislead people about who you are;
- send spam, run scams or phishing pages, or spread malware;
- try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, overload WebYeti, or get around its limits;
- copy WebYeti itself or resell it without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Paid plans
If you buy a paid plan, the price and what's included are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We'll tell you before any price changes.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep WebYeti running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that seriously affects you, we'll let you know.
8. No warranty
WebYeti is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't make promises about it beyond what's written in these terms, including that it will meet your needs or that AI results will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Web Yeti LLC isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits, lost data or lost business), and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $100 if you haven't paid us. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using WebYeti at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Deleting your data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
